The “Schwarzwald Tänzer”, the former Lahr Canadian square dance club, was founded in 1967 when the Canadian Forces arrived in Lahr. The club members dance on Mondays 19.30-21.30 hrs in Canada-Haus, Gutleutstr. 3, Lahr (former Canadian downtown post office) which is located not far from the Stadtpark. All square dance visitors are welcome! Please let us know beforehand because we only dance in the even weeks. Due to shrinking membership the “Schwarzwald Tänzer” have not held their annual charter dance “Snoopy 2” for a few years now.
