Long time - no see!
Greetings to all
staff and students.
Hopefully, some of you have access to the Internet, and have
thus discovered the re-activation of "Der Kanadier",
(www.DerKanadier.de),
as info for Canadians who
spent time in the Black Forest,
as members of DND.
My return to this area occurred
for family reasons, after an early retirement, and I witnessed
the departure of the Canadians
with sadness.At that time,
I was still teaching at the Bereitsschaftspolizei, in Vogesenstrasse.
I now live in the Schuttertal (Schutter valley), and keep in
touch with Canadiens in the district, residents and visitors
alike. Some of the latter were staff members such as Ms E. Krohman,
the librarian, Ms. A. Clark, Mr. D. Kidd and his family, Mr.
D. Gillespie and Mr. E. Warner of the Audio-Visual Department.
